Gilbert — the funniest person of our lifetime is gone. It was an honor to have been near that level of genius. So goddamn fucking funny. Completely original. Goodbye you fucking genius. Goodbye to my friend.

43 years ago Teller and I did our 1st show together at the Minn. Ren. Fest. And last night, we were back at the Rio and happier than ever!

We have been at the Rio full time, 16 years today. And we just re-upped for another bunch of years. We will die in office.

Through all the sadness we owe it to Robin to remember how funny he was. That matters

Every year on this date, Gilbert sent out the same tweet. Let’s pass it around. "Dear Hitler happy birthday you’re dead and the Jews run the world haha”

Another picture from the last day I spent with Randi.  I talked to him a couple times after this.  My inspiration, my hero, my mentor, my friend. I will talk to him the rest of my life and my memory of him will answer. I didn’t absorb enough wisdom, but I absorbed a lot.

We have been at the Rio for 17 full years as of today! Longest running headliners ever is what I'm told.

Trump asked for my unconditional loyalty, I didn't give it, he "fired" me and then threatened to release private mail. He didn't. I did.

It was 19 years ago today the Penn & Teller show started our run at the Rio. Yup, we’re the longest running headliners in Vegas history. Goddamn. And we sill love it. Teller hits the stage with me again on February 1!

Thank you to everyone who sent so much love for my friend, Randi. There was one thing he was never skeptical about and that was love. He loved so much and knew he was loved. Thank you. Let's keep that going.

Our run at the Rio is old enough to vote. We have been running in the Penn & Teller Theater full time for 18 years! (We did a few months here and there before that). We love it. Thank you all.

How did my life get good enough that Jerry Lewis would smile at me? And how sad to lose him.

It’s 18 years ago today that Penn & Teller started full time at the Rio. And I guess we’re still at the Rio as soon as it opens up. I guess we haven’t lost our streak, but it we have, that’s not the biggest problem in the world today. 18 years. Man.

42 years ago Teller and I did our first shows at the Minnesota Renaissance Festival. We've been doing this longer than you've been alive.

30 years ago today, we did our first show in Vegas.  Time Time Time Time.  My hair is shorter.

He punched me, and pretty hard, maybe not kidding, for being libertarian. We did some charity stuff together. I loved him, was proud to know him and will miss him.

Some people can't even be immorally, dangerously, and embarrassingly insecure properly. A button is not a phallic symbol.

I will miss him.

Oh man, Ricky Jay. Just a genius. One of the best who ever lived. We’ll all miss you, Ricky. Oh man.

Criss Angel was selling a lot of stuff from his show, so Teller & I bought a zillion of his souvenir glasses with his eyes on them. We’ll give them away backstage at our P&T show as souvenirs. Now you have a reason to want to meet us backstage!

Out of concern and love for our audiences, & well, concern and love for everyone — we will be canceling our shows starting tonight for the next few weeks Hope to be back on stage soon when gathering is once again responsible. Let’s all take care of ourselves & each other. Love

Well, while grieving for Randi, we finished this season of Fool Us. I hope Randi would have been proud.

It was 20 years ago today that I started playing upright jazz bass. I’m not good, but I’m better than I ever thought I’d be. Even during the pandemic I’m practicing almost every day. Plugging along.

Oh dear. Wow was he funny and smart. He will be missed

It was 26 years ago today that we did the Bullet Catch “Magic Bullet” for the very first time. It was so scary. 26 years. Time is a jet plane, it moves too fast.

It was 21 years ago tonight that we opened at the Rio. Yup, a lot has changed, but we’re still here in the Penn & Teller theater.  Man, what a great run.  And what a weird time.

Jerry Lewis just died. When I met him, I feel apart, just sobbed. I guess it's time for that again.

We have been at the Rio for 22 years.  The longest running headliners in Vegas history.  How did that happen?  “My god, what have I done?”

As of today, I’ve lived in Vegas for 28 years. Goodness. This is a billboard from a bit after we moved here. Wow. 28 years in Vegas.

I have lived in Vegas 25 years, as of today. Man, I guess I live in Vegas. I’m not a New Englander, I’m not a New Yorker, I’m a Las Vegan vegan.

My Leaf was wonderful for 5 years, but I got wicked sick of planning around what ended up being less than 60 miles a charge. So, I just went out and bought a Tesla Model X. Goes farther.

33 years ago we started shooting “Penn & Teller Get Killed” with Arthur Penn directing. That’s my mom and dad at the table behind us as extras

42 years today of doing Penn & Teller. And that's with no breaks. Not off again on again, just on again.

It was 25 years ago tonight that we first played Vegas. 25 years. I've been in Vegas longer than anywhere else. I never would have guessed.

Randi and I were different sizes but the same heart.

Oh my goodness, we're seeing wonderful magicians as we record our new season of Fool Us, but Phyllis, who does our make-up, is working extra hard making us look okay after we take turns crying after losing Randi.

Both Siegfried & Roy are now gone. S&R invented the full length magic show headlining Vegas. A very different style but without S&R there is no P&T in Vegas. Pure showbiz and pure class. He was a team. We are a team. As Tolstoy wrote -Successful magic teams are all the same

I miss him so much

Randi, Randi, Randi, Randi.  It’s Amazing how much I miss you. I don’t imagine that feeling is ever going to stop.  Randi.

Well, I played bebop upright jazz bass at the Green Mill. I don’t remember ever being more nervous. I did only one song instead of two. I was shaking. I almost threw up. I couldn’t feel my hands. But . . . I did it and people were kind.

It's day 0 of my weird atheist skeptic medical vision quest. I'm going to start a water-only fast tomorrow. I'm also going to fast from all social media and news. I need time to think. Things will still be retweeted and get to me, but after today I'll be gone until August.

HOLY SHIT. I’m mentioned in the OED. The fucking Oxford English Dictionary! Holy fuck. Wow. This is amazing. I never thought this would happen. Wow.

My daughter Moxie killed as Moxie the Vegas Voltara! What a great time. It’ll be a good bit for FU.
