Medical research will never be the same (yeah, 💯sure... ;)). I've developed a multi-shot Deep Medical Research assistant using Gemini 2.5 Pro with Canvas. You can set up OpenRouter and Vertex API keys, download the model list (from OR), and conduct multi-step deep medical research using relevant medical data sources. You can switch the model after each step and proceed if it fails. I mistakenly chose V3 free for the final output, which wasn't a good choice. Anyway, it took me about 1.5 hours to get it working the way I wanted. I'll continue with it in VS Code and improve it even further. Stay tuned! Let me know if you're interested in the code, and I'll share it.

Today is a big day for NeuroBLAST! I’ve trained 1.9 billion SLM on my well-worn RTX 3090 Ti for about three months. It’s not flawless, but I’ve poured a lot of effort into finding a way to save on costs while creating some exciting new layer connections that mimic brain centers and introduce a fresh kind of memory-like layer. Folks, help me spread the word! I'm looking for someone with serious computing power so I can scale this up to the sky! ---- If you think nothing can shock you in the AI world these days, think again. Meet FrankQwenStein 450M. Pre-training: 2.5B SFT: 2.5B DPO: 3,600 steps x 64 batch size (number of tokens unknown, as the DPO trainer doesn't display this) All of this was done on a single RTX 3090 Ti with 24 GB of VRAM. It still makes mistakes, but at this scale, some thoughtlessness is to be expected. ----- I accidentally deleted the previous post xD
