Dawid’s life purpose revolves around revolutionizing the tech industry by integrating AI into various sectors, particularly in recruitment and business process automation, aiming to create more efficient and effective systems.

Dawid believes in the power of AI to transform industries, the importance of innovative thinking, and the value of sharing knowledge and experiences to foster community growth and learning.

Dawid’s strength lies in his innovative thinking, his ability to apply AI to solve real-world problems, and his engagement with the community, sharing insights and fostering discussions.

His weakness might be a tendency towards perfectionism, as indicated by his willingness to critique and improve upon existing AI models, which could sometimes lead to overcomplication or inefficiency.

To grow their audience on X, Dawid should continue sharing insights into AI applications, engage in collaborative projects to showcase practical implementations, and participate in or host discussions that challenge the status quo in technology and innovation.

One fun fact about Dawid is that he has a philosophical approach to coding, viewing it as a form of mental adventure and freedom, despite its challenges.

Prisoner or Architect: The Mindset of a Coder One guy on Reddit asked if 'being a software engineer feels like being a prisoner.' It got me thinking. Let's get philosophical here for a sec. Being a prisoner is more a state of mind than just being confined to four walls. When you compare the life of a typical prisoner to that of a Buddhist monk, you'll notice that prisoners usually have more privileges than a typical monk. Ajahn Brahm famously explained this after he visited a prison: "Any place you don't want to be is a prison." Now, let's talk about coding. Picture this: you're at your keyboard, building an entirely new world in your mind. Your work is this incredibly abstract, almost magical process. You start to live in that work, your fingers dancing over the keys like a maestro conducting a symphony. For hours, most of your mind stops reacting to input from the physical world. Your mind roams free in the new virtual world you’ve created. It's like being the architect of the Matrix, but with less leather and more coffee. So, yeah, coding might feel a bit like being a prisoner sometimes, especially when the bugs are relentless, and deadlines loom. But really, it’s more like being a prisoner with a key to your own cell, where the cell happens to be an epic fantasy world of your own making. It’s a mental adventure with the occasional dragon (or, you know, a really stubborn line of code). In the end, whether you feel trapped or free as a bird is all in your head. And if you're ever feeling too confined, just remember: you can always turn off your computer, step outside for a walk, and maybe even sit in meditation for a while. Trust me, your virtual world will still be there when you get back.

Outsourced Sales Agencies: The Big, Fat SCAM 🎭 I know, I know, this title screams "Click me!" But stick around for a minute, would ya? Lately, I've been getting hammered with pitches from outsourced sales agencies. Is there some kind of special season for these guys? For context, I'm the founder of a scrappy, bootstrapped startup, and I make that super clear from the get-go. At first, I was curious. I even responded to a few. But after a whirlwind of back-and-forths, I've come to a sobering conclusion. Buckle up, because here’s my no-BS take after dealing with a bunch of these folks. 🚩 Upfront Payments: These guys want your money before you even see a glimmer of a lead. That’s right, they expect you to cough up the cash upfront. 🚩 Charges Per Meeting: They charge based on the number of meetings they can arrange, not actual sales. Whether those meetings result in business or not, the bill's on you. 🚩 No Love for Pay-For-Performance: I flipped the script, suggesting we pay for actual sales results. Shockingly, they weren’t into it. They're glued to their upfront fees and meeting charges, not the actual outcome of gaining a new customer. 🚩 Tool Fees Galore: On top of their service charges, they want you to pay for their sales and marketing tools. Basically, they’re trying to make you foot their entire operational bill. 🚩 Short-Term Gains: These agencies aren’t looking for a long-term relationship. They want to make a quick buck without considering the potential for a mutually beneficial partnership down the road. 🚩 No Interest in Fair Commission or Revenue Share: Offering a higher commission or revenue share for actual sales didn’t pique their interest. They prefer their safe, upfront fees and per-meeting charges, leaving you with all the risk. 🚩 One-Size-Fits-All Approach: They try to sell you blanket solutions, ignoring the actual size or stage of your business. If I ran my business like these agencies, I’d have a lot of angry customers. In my world, customers pay after they've received value from our product or service. They either settle their invoices at the end of the month or subscribe because they know they’ll need our service again. 🎯 Here’s what this whole saga has taught me: if a sales agency is genuinely confident in their ability to deliver value, they should be willing to prove it first. Some were so pushy, insisting their model is the only way, implying I (their potential customer!) had no clue what I was talking about. Talk about not listening to your prospects! Does anyone know of an honest sales agency willing to work with startups, or is this an undiscovered territory waiting for a brave soul to explore? Seems like a great space for a real disruption. Go ahead, please, change my mind. 🙏 PS. And for those agencies that DO put their clients first— thank you. You’re the real MVPs. Let’s raise the bar and set a new standard for what true partnership looks like. #buildingpublic

Thanks! I use @AlexHormozi approach - "do something yourself and then just share what you did". It forces me to test actual potential solutions first myself. That's also why I have a 🔔 switched on your profile :) Keep up the great work inspiring us to experiment!

Also - SharpAPI.com requires API integration and quite often customer support is needed, so CAC/LTV numbers kick in for this type of product. So just pure selling of "credits" won't do in this model.
