I really struggle with balance man. I think most of us do. Wake up, slow morning, feel guilty for not being productive and throwing away my 20s and not taking advantage of the opportunity in front me me. Lock in Work, feel guilty for being a hermit, for isolating myself, for spending my life in front of a computer trying to make things work. Throw on a jacket and head to a cafe Hangout, feel guilty for not working. I should be using all my youthful energy to build something! I’m not here to just chill, I’m here to create, to expand, to build something incredible. Work more Work, feel guilty for not seeing my family. On my death bed, it’ll be my biggest regret. I’ve got 2 younger brothers I should be leading, parents to learn and share stories with. What’s the point of working anyways if I can’t spend time with people I love? Shut the laptop, drive to parents house Chat with parents, feel guilty. Yes, the answer is obvious. But it doesn’t make it easier A necessary part, I believe, of blazing your own path when you’re young, entering a world that’s completely pitch black using only mentors as guides and your intuition, is constantly feeling you should be somewhere else than where your feet stand I do not wish for this feeling to go away, truthfully. It means I’m always on the edge of something, always pushing. But I cannot stand when people tell me to “just find balance,” as if that ever did any good for anyone

Brain diverts 100% energy to muscles It's the same science behind why people love ice baths. Your body literally thinks it's dying and floods you with "stay alive" chemicals Humans don't need gunshot wounds to enter fight or flight mode. It can be, and is commonly, acutely activated on a daily basis And for a lot of people, it is chronically activated, always slowly bleeding into their day to day lives You cannot be caring, kind, loving, selfless, energetic, full of life etc. if your brain is in acute survival mode Again, this is why you need to love what you're doing If you don't, your brain is constantly signaling that something is wrong, which means it is constantly signaling that you need to isolate, focus on yourself, be scarce with your depletion of energy and keep it to yourself It's why when things are going good you feel more social. The better you feel, the more you have to give It also goes the other way. If you are giving, it is signaling to your brain an abundant life, that you are living well and have energy, which makes you feel good Lots of biblical undertones to this as well This is where the term "you cannot pour from an empty cup" comes from For the sake of your family, friends, community, the world, you must be doing something you love. You must wake up with energy to continue to push, improve, get better If you love what you're doing, your brain will give you more energy to put into what you love doing, which lets you do more of it, which makes you love it more Positive feedback loops

You need to truly be delusional to make it. To expand on this (and get a little tinfoil hat): I don't subscribe to the idea that the world is setup for you to fail. That "they" are after you. I subscribe to the idea that the world is setup for 90% of the population to meander through life. This has nothing to fucking do with you. Let's say (hypothetically) that there is a small group of elite families that sit around a mahogany table and control the world. Great. I don't think their goal is to simply rot the brains of everyone and turn the world into shit. That doesn't make sense. Cut them some slack - if they we're smart enough to amass trillions, let's assume they can do some half-decent critical thinking. Their goal is to maintain power and control. With that, naturally, a small group of people make decisions for a large group of people. What's the easiest way to do this? Make the large group of people easier to control. Duh. Funny enough, for whatever philosophical reasons you want to conjure up, the methods they use to control happen to be enjoyed by the majority of the population. Seed oils, hedonistic culture, blue light, EMFs, whatever the hell you want to name -- they do it because it makes their jobs easier, and because people ask them to do it. You see what I'm getting at here? It isn't some evil demonic force of death coming to obliderate our population. It's people making logical (not moral, and not ethical, but logical) decisions to make their jobs easier, and with that, these decisions become the societal norm. Often preferred. So guess what? None of this fucking concerns you. Why? Because it doesn't concern them. I know you like to think that the elites are out to get you because you talk about eating raw liver and what happened to building 7, but you're a nobody. They're someone they DONT have to control, which means you're just one last thing to worry about. Normal, everyday rules that you take as a given don't fucking apply to you. Nobody's forcing you to eat seed oils, after a few months you realize it's actually easier to eat steak and eggs than it is to eat poison. Nobody's forcing you to watch Netflix and listen to rap music, once you get into the circles you want to be in you'll realize they all listen to house and classical music anyways. Speed limits don't affect you if you have a lawyer on payroll. Taxes are literally designed to work in favour of people who own assets and provide employment. Every single thing that you come on here to complain about genuinely does not concern you. Now, this isn't to say you can't be pissed off that they're happening. I love the human race. I get mad when I see what they're doing to my brothers and sisters too. But the Matrix isn't out to get you, man. Nobody's coming to hurt you, and nobody's coming to save you. What a fucking beautiful thing. It's the Wild West out here. Make some money outside of the system, keep your circle of lovers and fighters tight, invest in as much education as you can, build your body to handle stress, and do with this life as you please. If 90% of systemic problems in our society today come from overconsumption, why wouldn't you just think to consume less?

Alright Twitter, have a prevalent health issue that I can't crack (and doctors can't figure out) so I'm sounding the alarm and asking for help from the health bros. Basically, I sporadically get these waves of fatigue. My brain completely shuts off. I can visibly see the brain fog. It feels like when you're dead tired on a long road trip and you're fighting to stay awake, except if I try to nap it off I just lay there wide awake. It feels like I'm looking through my computer screen. Can't retain a single thing that I read or that is said to me. Have to reread 4 or 5 times. Comes in waves. Some months it happens every day, some only every few. Usually stays for a few hours. Here's what my day looked like today, all the things that I tried, and am writing this with that said fatigue: - Animal-based diet, no inflammatories - No caffeine or nicotine - 7.5 hours of sleep, 10 hours in bed - Worked out yesterday, have gone for 2 walks today - Got an hour of sun in the morning - Mag, zinc, all basic supps etc. Have also tried pharmaceutical route (ADHD diagnosis + prescription) which helped everything except for this specific fatigue Anyone got any ideas? Pretty desperate at this point
