For every step, a bloodbath – sometimes the blood isn’t yours, but mine. Communication is key, and I’m/we’re terribly angry at ourselves for not keeping our standards yesterday - as we are always very clear and over communicating. We were resolving a few things behind the scenes and got caught up trying to deliver on time. By the time we realized it was taking longer, it was already a bit late. Today is an emotional one for me, as it is my last day at Final Bosu. Before any degen starts speculating: in my career I will always put the mission first. "It’s not about me, but about planting a seed of a tree whose shade I may never sit under" I always say. And that tree is Anime and Stories for me. If I can help, I will be the first on the frontline, and If I can’t, I will be the first to acknowledge it. I have never been the type to sit back, collect a paycheck, and not bring the full Kaito heart and mind into a vision I decide to marry. Over the past year and a half, I’ve helped grow a community of good and strong hearts, people who want to change their lives and inspire others. I’m grateful for the chance to test my strategies, grow my skills, and share this journey with these people. Words cannot express my gratitude. There is a time for everything though, and we agreed it’s the right moment to part ways, with full respect and support, conscious of the fact we have built one of the strongest cultures out there. HOW TO GET FINALBOSU WL: The post that won't tell you (or maybe yes?). You shouldn't create/participate just for the sake of a WL, but to position yourself for GROWTH. If you ask me "How do I get a WL?" my answer will always be: "What does Against all Odds mean to you?"
