I will miss Pat greatly and will always treasure the times we had together. He was a tremendous mentor and a tremendous friend. My heart goes out to Annabel and the entire Bowlen family.

There are no words to describe the sudden loss of such a special player and special person. Demaryius overcame tremendous adversity in his life, growing into a great leader and one of the very best. He was light-hearted, easy going and loved by everyone.  We will miss you, D.T.

We really wanted Bradley Chubb and are thrilled to make him a Denver Bronco. Bradley's the best defensive player in the draft. He can rush the passer, is a hard worker and will be a great fit, complementing Von, Shane & Shaq!

Rumor of us being interested in anyone other than the QBs we have is another example of irresponsible, fake news!!

Noah Fant is an incredibly gifted and athletic tight end. He’s got great speed and he can really stretch the field. We’re very fortunate to get him at 20.

We spent the morning with Kyle Shanahan in Atlanta. He's a very bright coach who's had a tremendous year and has a great future.

We've agreed to terms with Brandon McManus on a new four-year deal. Brandon's made a lot of big kicks & is an important weapon for our team!

We had a 1st-round grade on SMU WR Courtland Sutton and we're excited to select him at No. 40. He has tremendous upside as a player and on top of that is a great person.

Just got off the phone w/CJ & let him know we're excited to match the offer sheet. We have high expectations for CJ and are glad he's back!

We're in this game to WIN. Although everyone's disappointed, we played hard & went down swinging!!!

We’ve taken WR KJ Hamler from Penn State with the 46th overall pick. He’s an electric player with excellent speed and high character. KJ’s also an outstanding kickoff and punt returner who can help us on special teams.

Josey Jewell was an extremely productive player at LB for Iowa. He has a lot of great qualities as a person - a team captain for many years at Iowa and we're thrilled to get him at pick 106.

Lloyd Cushenberry is a strong, powerful center that we’ve drafted in the third round from LSU. He gives great effort, is from a championship program and has outstanding leadership qualities.

Michael Ojemudia from Iowa is an extremely talented & bright corner we’re excited to add to the Broncos in the third round of the draft. He’s an exceptional tackler with good instincts and movement!

Royce Freeman had a tremendous career at Oregon and is our 3rd round pick. He's a big, physical runner who will fit in well in our backfield.

We've taken DE DeMarcus Walker with our 2nd rd pick. He was a very productive pass rusher at Florida St. and will fit in well w/our defense!

We’ve selected OL Dalton Risner from Kansas St and QB Drew Lock from Missouri in the second round. Dalton bring great versatility to our OL along w/toughness and attitude. Drew was a four-year starter in the SEC, and he’s going to learn from Joe and compete for the backup role.

Darian Stewart's an integral part of our defense who brings physicality, leadership & toughness. Thrilled he'll be a Bronco for 4 more yrs!

Acquired QB Mark Sanchez for a conditional '17 pick. He brings veteran leadership & will compete. This is the 1st step in our process.

We've agreed to trade for two-time Pro Bowl TE Vernon Davis from SF. He'll be a valuable addition to our team w/his experience & leadership.

We’ve lost a great person and a great Bronco. Floyd will always be a huge part of this organization and his legacy will live on forever. My heart goes out to DeBorah and the entire Little family.

Took FB Andy Janovich from Nebraska (6th rd). A tough, hard-nosed player who can block & play special teams. An old-school throwback player.

We’ve selected Missouri TE Albert Okwuegbunam in the fourth round. Albert has a great combination of size and speed, running a 4.49, and can block & recover. He had a great year with Drew in ‘18 as an added bonus!

Our final pick of the draft was edge rusher Derrek Tuszka of North Dakota State. He gives great effort and plays his tail off. Good speed, good character and has a chance to really develop.

Finished up our 2017 draft by taking Mississippi QB Chad Kelly. A talented player & great competitor who had a lot of success in college.

Really sad to lose a guy like Cortez Kennedy. A great personality, a great player & I enjoyed competing against him. Prayers to his family.

Our fifth-round pick, Justin Hollins from Oregon, is a big and athletic linebacker who can play inside and outside. His athleticism also will help us on special teams.

My deepest sympathies to Dick Enberg's family and friends. It was an honor to have his voice chronicle some of the greatest moments in Broncos history and of my football life!

We were very impressed by Daesean Hamilton at the Senior Bowl & are glad to take him in the 4th Rd. A very solid & versatile WR from Penn St who does a tremendous job in all aspects of his game.

We’ve selected Colorado WR Juwann Winfree in the sixth round. He’s a tough, physical player with a lot of top-flight traits with his size, speed and hands. Great to add another player with in-state ties to the Broncos.

Derek Wolfe's developed into one of the top DLs in the NFL, and we're excited w/his 4-year extension. Proud of him!!

Saddened to hear of Marty Schottenheimer’s passing. My heart goes out to his family, friends and former teams. One of the all-time great competitors and coaches.

Picked RB Devontae Booker in 4th rd from Utah. One of the highest rated RBs on our board. Physical, versatile & has great ball skills.

John Madden was a legend —His far-reaching impact on our league and love of the game were unmatched. It was always special meeting with John when he would call our games. He was larger than life and will be missed by all.

Thrilled to reach a long-term deal with Demaryius. He is one of the NFL’s top WRs & will continue to be a big part of the Broncos' success!!

We've taken WR Carlos Henderson from La. Tech in the 3rd rd. He catches the ball really well and is a good special teams player & returner.

We were really impressed with Dre’Mont Jones’ ability to rush the passer along the defensive line at Ohio State. We’re glad he was there at our pick in the 3rd round, and he’ll help us in nickel situations in getting after the quarterback.

We enjoyed visiting with Vance Joseph at our facility today. He has great leadership qualities and a strong vision of what it takes to win.

I want to make one thing clear about yesterday's news: Joe Ellis is doing an incredible job & I have full confidence in him. He's got all of our support. Pat put a lot of good people in place to follow his plan, and that's what they're doing.

In the sixth round, we’ve taken guard Netane Muti from Fresno St. A strong, powerful and tough player who did 44 reps at 225 at the combine. Netane is a powerful run blocker and a strong anchor vs bullrushers as well.

We’ve taken Wake Forest LB Justin Strnad in the fifth round. A smart player with good cover skills. Justin also has solid range and movement in space!

McTelvin Agim, our third-round DL from Arkansas, has a lot of top traits as a player and person. He’s a good inside pass rusher with double-digit sacks for his career and was also very impressive in All-Star Games.

Appreciative of the hard work that went into our draft--Matt Russell and our entire personnel staff, Vance and the coaches, all of our scouts and the support staffs. It takes a lot of people behind the scenes to make it all happen!!!

Our 3rd rd pick is Justin Simmons, a big rangy safety from Boston College. He's a center fielder with great cover skills.

Peyton has never told Gary or myself that he doesn't want to be the backup. Any report or rumor that suggests otherwise is incorrect!!

Our 6th rounder is RB De'Angelo Henderson from Coastal Carolina. A very productive back who scored lots of TDs & plays bigger than his size.

We'd like to welcome Colorado native Sam Jones, a guard from Arizona St, to the Broncos as our 6th Rd pick. He's a gritty, hard-nosed player who will compete on the interior of our OL.

Excited to announce we've agreed to terms with strong safety T.J. Ward. He'll bring energy and toughness to our secondary.

Brendan Langley, our 3rd rd pick from Lamar, is an athletic corner with a big upside. He's also a very good returner.
