Idan's ambitious goals for 2024 are as lofty as his follower count, but unlike his follower count, they're not completely out of reach—if he can stop tweeting about every startup he shuts down and focus on the one that will actually stick.

Idan's biggest win is his resilience in the face of repeated setbacks, continuing to pursue entrepreneurship and share his journey, which has likely built a loyal following and could lead to future successes.

Idan's life purpose seems to be centered around building successful SaaS products and achieving financial independence through entrepreneurship. He is driven by the desire to immigrate to the US, start his own life, and document his journey to inspire others.

Idan believes in the value of hard work, persistence, and the importance of sharing one's journey, as evidenced by his transparent tweets about his struggles and goals. He also values innovation and the potential of SaaS products to achieve financial success.

Idan's strength lies in his determination and willingness to share his entrepreneurial journey, which can resonate with and inspire others. His ability to work on multiple products simultaneously shows his work ethic and adaptability.

His weakness may be a tendency to spread himself too thin by working on multiple products at once, which can lead to overwhelm and diminished focus.

To grow his audience, Idan should focus on creating consistent, valuable content that showcases his expertise and journey, engage with his community by responding to replies and participating in relevant conversations, and network with other entrepreneurs to expand his reach and opportunities.

Fun fact: Despite facing challenges and pressure, Idan has managed to maintain an optimistic outlook and continues to pursue his goals, showcasing his resilience and determination.

I am SO exhausted. I've been a full-time indie hacker for the past 3 years now. Built so many SaaS products for months without seeing any success. I've made a promise to my GF that we'll move in together in October, 2024. I just figured that by this date I would have made it already. By "made it" I mean have a sustainable SaaS business that's making like $10k in MRR. Fast forward to today, I'm not even close to this. I feel like a total loser – repeating the same mistakes over and over again. I'm sick of this. I have 4 more months to go. Will I make it? I wanna say yes, but the truth is that I don't really know. After so many failures, your brain just realizes that it's probably not gonna happen. I hate myself for saying all of this, but that's how I really feel right now. I don't have the privilege of giving up, because nothing will ever change if I would. I would have to go back to a 9-5. I really don't want to – but do I have a choice? I don't wanna live with my parents anymore. I wanna have my own place I wanna immigrate to the US I wanna start my life And I keep telling myself that all of this is right around the corner... but is it? 🙃 So much pressure. You work on a product that you know could work, but then you think of another product that could easily work too. You don't wanna repeat the same mistakes that you've done all over again (quitting products and starting new ones) So you decide to work on 2 products at the same time (Ping Parrot + some other B2C product) and now you feel overwhelmed and like nothing is ever gonna work. I really don't know what to do anymore. I know that nobody will ever come and save me – this is just a rant I had to get out of me. I wanna succeed so much. I'm so hungry for it. I hope someone can relate to any of this. 😕

Tomorrow will be 2 months since I started working on @SocialKiwiHQ And I'm still at $0 in revenue (-$250 to be precise). I feel like I've tried everything: - PH Launch - Paid Ads (Google, Meta) - Cold (Email/DM)s - Affiliate Program - SEO (Blog, free tools) although it takes time I don't want to sound like a "victim" But would you continue working on a product tirelessly (12 hours/day) if you still haven't made $1 in revenue?

Paid ads were a disaster for @PingParrot. I've spent $1,000 and got 0 paid conversions as a result. $500 on Google ads, $500 on Facebook ads. Tried so many different things: changed the copy, the keywords, the creatives, the targeted audience, etc. Never thought it would end

Meta ad campaign insights (20th April) for @PingParrot - $200 spent ($50 daily budget) - 7,104 total impressions - 61 total clicks - 0 conversions (nobody even signed up for the free plan) It's funny (and kinda scary😱), but so far, anyone who bought a subscription did so with
