Georg is basically the poster child for starting a marathon with two left shoes—always full of bold plans, sprinting at the start, then mysteriously vanishing when it's time to hit the next mile. At this rate, he'll reinvent inconsistency as the new productivity hack!

Celebrating a milestone of 200 followers early on marks a genuine connection with an audience that appreciates his honesty and thoughtful guidance—an essential foundation for future influence.

To empower smart, capable people to design their lives with intention and resilience, fostering meaningful change through honest reflection and practical encouragement.

Georg likely values authenticity, self-awareness, and purposeful growth. He believes consistent effort matters but recognizes the human unpredictability of execution, embracing imperfection as part of progress.

Georg’s greatest strength is his genuine honesty combined with a strategic mindset—he plans well, offers valuable insights, and stays deeply committed to meaningful conversations, even if execution can be uneven.

His candid admission of inconsistency highlights a vulnerability: sometimes he bursts with energy but struggles with disciplined follow-through, which could slow momentum growth.

To grow his audience on X, Georg should leverage his openness by sharing progress reports on his consistency journey and inviting ongoing community input. Using threads to break down his lessons and fostering active Q&A will boost engagement and establish his leadership voice.

Fun fact: Despite his mission to help others with intention, Georg freely admits he's 'horribly inconsistent with anything that requires consistency,' making his advice feel real and relatable.

Damn, @tferriss puts out so much value in his long podcasts he almost makes me want to get a job with a 3 hr commute just so I have of time to listen to all his banger episodes.

Building is hard.So many obstacles to overcome, again and again. @OzolinsJanis is right (my wife brought me a book. I flip it up randomly and see this graph on the page I open). Keep going, everyone!

It's my 42nd birthday today. 🥂 I'm disappointed in myself for not having organised anything - I haven't invited friends and/or neighbours, haven't planned a party, no special activities, not even a birthday cake or a special dinner. I'm in a somewhat somber mood and don't even feel like celebrating with my family - I'm just somewhat exhausted and kinda want to cave in. It's got nothing to do with age, I generally enjoy getting older. There are no major issues in my life, things are flowing incredibly well. Just came back to Bali from a deep personal development retreat in Australia, followed by a holiday with family and friends. My kids are happy, my wife and I have a strong relationship, I got many deeply rewarding friendships, all the comfort and freedom in the world, my business is picking up, I have more clarity than ever and I see wonderful opportunities flowing towards me. I just signed up for a team-coaching education starting next week which I really look forward to starting. And I'm writing all this from my balcony in the jungle with the sun shining at a hot and humid 30°C with a pool 2 meters away. I have not much to complain about. It's just one of those moments that things are feeling a bit "meh", and it happens to be on my birthday. In my past I would have tried to suppress or ignore that feeling, and beaten myself up for not being grateful for all this. And certainly I would not have shared it with anyone, let alone publicly. But now, I accept it all. I enjoy the ability to feel it, the process of writing it out, and the courage and vulnerability to share it. As I conclude my post, ironically (but not surprising), the somber mood has faded and made room for joy, spontaneity and curiosity about what the rest of the day will bring - it's only 10.38am. And now it's time to hit "Post", as my wife just suggested we go for a run - a wonderful idea 😎. ❤️
