Food and infrastructure is terrible in some cities in Europe. Milan: no good restaurants, no good coffee. Vienna: no good hotels, regardless of pricing. London: streets are insecure, fashion is sad, good restaurants are scarce. Cannes: no words, just don’t go. These were top cities some years ago, seriously what’s happening in Europe?
