You tweet so much that if tweeting burned calories, you'd be the fittest person in web3—though your fridge might disagree with how often you actually make it there!

Successfully created a passionate and engaged community around web3 and mental health, evidenced by high interaction rates on giveaway campaigns and heartfelt personal stories that resonate widely.

To bridge the gaps between technology, mental health, and community by creating spaces that uplift and connect people, making complex or isolating subjects relatable and accessible.

They believe in the transformative power of empathy, authenticity, and small but meaningful actions. Their advocacy suggests a deep commitment to mental health awareness and the democratizing potential of decentralized technology.

Exceptional at fostering community engagement and making niche technology like web3 relatable through personal narrative; highly consistent and active with a large volume of tweets showing dedication and accessibility.

Tendency to overcommit with frequent posting and community engagements which might lead to personal burnout; balancing vulnerability and advocacy can sometimes lead to emotional exhaustion.

To grow their audience on X, they should leverage more threaded storytelling that combines educational web3 insights with mental health tips, while collaborating with other influencers and communities to cross-pollinate followers. Using targeted hashtags and interactive content like polls or Q&As will also boost engagement.

Despite dealing with clinical depression challenges daily, DepressiveHacks demonstrates resilience by sharing personal progress and community-driven initiatives like giveaways, which highlight their generosity and community-first mindset.

If you or someone you love has clinical depression, you likely already know this. If not, allow me to show you my world. Prior to last week, I hadn't bought groceries in two years. My cabinets, fridge, and freezer were full of outdated food I'd never thrown away. My kitchen was in disarray. In my experience, depression makes keeping up with household chores much more difficult than it seemingly is for the average person. People tell me how often they are cleaning, and I can't imagine having enough energy to do that much. I find some days, especially lately, it's all I can do to get through the day. This means waking up in time for work, working, and completing work. Given the quantity of days like this, much goes on the back burner. Even if I have the energy, it's very likely going to DepressiveHacks before cleaning my bathroom or organizing my clothes. This is all to say that very often, my house is a mess, and one of the many reasons I don't have house guests is because it's a mess. Well, I've been buying groceries the last two weeks, making my own food for a good portion of my meals, and this week, I actually invited people over for dinner, which got me to clean my bathroom and kitchen today, as well as vacuum the whole house. You're likely reading this and thinking about how you've already done these things twice this week, along with eighteen other things that I've procrastinated instead of doing, and you're not wrong. Things get overwhelming. I get exhausted. My energy levels in 2025 have, quite frankly, sucked. So, yeah, this might not be abnormal for you, but I'm sure it'll be relatable for anyone who knows how depression impacts people's lifestyles. Also, I'm pretty proud of myself for even doing these things for the short time I've done them. My therapist always says small, measurable goals. Really small. You aren't thinking small enough. At some level, getting out of bed at all is a goal. So, I started with that and have slowly been building on bigger goals. Well, that's all from me. Just wanted to share. Hope your evening is lovely. 🫶

Did a thing today. I might be newer to Solana, but I look for the same types of qualities across chains in projects. @Claynosaurz spoke to me, and I had to hop in. Finally, I'm feeling like I'm starting to belong on $SOL. Can't wait to meet the community! 🙌🦖🦕

If I remember right, my 2024 step average was about 5,000 steps a day. It has only been one month, but one of my 2025 goals is to move my body more. I've been using @moonwalkfitness step contests to help work towards that goal and add accountability. A month is hardly a year, but I am seeing some very solid bumps in my initial data. It has been COLD to get these steps in, but change isn't easy. These daily walks have certainly helped give me a tool for when my depression or anxiety is spiking. I also seem to have broken through my weight loss plateau that I struggled with in 2024, as I'm down 5 lbs from the beginning of January. More work to do, but seeing some tangible differences after only a month has me excited for where the year could go.

Happy to share this very timely discussion with @matthewDWP_ regarding how TradFi and Web3 collide. Now more than ever, folks are investing in both places. We discuss what lessons folks can take to digital asset markets with them from prior investing experience. Thank you to @matthewDWP_ for the time and as always, for his expertise.

A very happy 1,000th show to @SteveKBark and @ChrisJourdan on Coffee with Captain! Few in the space have done as much to impact my journey here as these two. I've long found the War Room to be a great home for me in this industry. It's no secret that I have good days and bad days. These guys always do their best to support me, regardless of that. Dgen Network gave me my first opportunity to write in Web3. They're the reason I have writing work and a portfolio. Coffee with Captain was the first Spaces I ever mustered the courage to speak on. Even stuttering my words, Cap and Steve were always encouraging, respectful, and would help me land the plane. It's difficult to express properly to two people that you've never met how much they've impacted you. I have tried on occasion, but I always feel my words come up short. Let's just say that, even as anti-social as I am, I hope to someday get the chance to meet Steve and Cap in person and thank them for all that they've done for me. Special shoutout to the War Room folks as well. You guys and your presence have meant more to me over the past few years than you probably realize. Thanks for always dealing with me. I know I'm not always the most fun to be around, even virtually. Sorry about last week's Web3 existential crisis. 😅💀 Here's to Cap, Steve, the Warm Room community, Coffee with Captain, all the sponsors, all the crazy Web3 folks who create the headlines, and 1,000 more shows of morning coffee with two of the best that Web3 has to offer to the world. ☕️🫶

So, a few years ago, I purchased a barrel of whiskey through @vinovest1. Their app says that this barrel has appreciated in value by $25 in two years. Every month, though, they charge fees for maintaining it. I'm now completely upside down on this investment, as the fees have outpaced the gains, but when I asked to sell the barrel, I was told I couldn't due to the terms and conditions. Haven't held it long enough. So I have to send them $25 a quarter to cover these fees they also are entitled to due to their terms and conditions, and I can't sell the barrel to avoid this. I had zero clue this would be the outcome when I invested. It's unfortunate to feel stuck. Lesson learned. Don't go exploring alt markets without better research. Tokenized RWAs help fix this by adding liquidity to markets where there seemingly isn't any, allowing people better access to their tied up capital.
