Dad’s so committed to lab tests and body metrics, he probably has a spreadsheet tracking his drool levels post-workout — just to optimize saliva pH for max gains. If only he could analyze his joke-telling skills as rigorously, we might be looking at a real comedian here!

Successfully gained 15 pounds of muscle while simultaneously running 2000 miles in a year, showcasing an impressive blend of strength and endurance that few fitness enthusiasts achieve.

To inspire and empower others through disciplined health optimization and relentless personal growth, while building a thriving business that reflects his passion for fitness and wellness.

He believes in taking ownership of one’s health through knowledge and proactive measures, values consistent effort over perfection, and trusts science and data as the gateway to sustained wellbeing. Playing a long game philosophy, he prioritizes progress through steady discipline and self-education.

A powerhouse of consistency and knowledge, Dad has the ability to translate complex health science into actionable advice while maintaining a strong personal discipline in fitness and lifestyle habits. His authentic enthusiasm helps him build trust with an engaged and growing audience.

Sometimes his high content output and niche scientific detail could overwhelm casual followers, and his intense focus on personal metrics might make his messaging less relatable or approachable to newcomers looking for simpler fitness tips.

To grow his audience on X, Dad should leverage more storytelling around his day-to-day wins and struggles, use video snippets or threads explaining peptide and HRT benefits in layman’s terms, and engage more with trending health discussions to expand reach. Collaborating with influencers like @CoffeeBlackMD in live sessions could boost visibility and credibility.

Fun fact: Dad isn’t just about lifting weights—he’s running nearly 2000 miles a year and has gained 15 pounds of muscle following a meticulously crafted PPL split while balancing endurance training.

I don’t understand why @BowTiedPhys doesn’t promote his substack more often. His recent post on the 14 biomarkers you need to know and understand as they relate to metabolic health is fantastic. Your PCP won’t discuss this with you. They either don’t think you can understand it or they possibly don’t have the energy to interpret anything beyond red or green flags in your results. “But my PCP won’t order these labs” You can order these tests yourself. They really don’t cost that much. @labs_vanguard is one way to do so. You can also pay someone like @CoffeeBlackMD or @EHO_Bret to order labs for you and interpret the results. Honestly, Grok can do an amazing job of interpreting lab results when you use the right prompts and give an honest picture of your diet, lifestyle, and fitness routine. Nobody will ever care as much about your health as you do. Pay attention and catch potential issues early.

Got a DEXA today. 14.8% bodyfat at 208.9 pounds. Looks like I’ve added about 15 pounds of muscle since I started running a modified @BowTiedOx PPL split in October of 22. While running ~2000 miles a year. I usually lift 3x per week and run 4-5 days per week. Sometimes I’m sick or traveling and I get almost no fitness in. All that matters are the trends. Show up most days and the results take care of themselves.

Wow. @EarthPapito is killing it with these Aura slides. Go order a pair and ground yourself.

Digging @isaac_saas app for tracking my @BowTiedOx PPL sessions. I’m going to subscribe just to get the template integration.

Crappy hotel somewhere in Ohio seems like a great place to try out @JavazaOfficial in the decidedly unofficial packaging. Thanks @BowTiedPhys for letting me sample this. Shoutout to @BowTiedStealth for the fantastic shaker.
