I spend a million a month on ads, these creatives are printing right now… Would be me lying. It can become extremely de-motivating for some of you guys to see this. Truth is if I funded your ads manager with a million quid you wouldn’t have the infrastructure for it. You would most likely lose it all and then some. I started with £10 a day, that’s £300 a month… I made money doing this. You do not need a trillionaires budget. Good marketing works at any budget.

This type of business practice where you flex and air out your customers as if they are nothing to you but a money siphon is bound to collapse. I for one would feel very angry if I paid for a service and instead of exceeding my expectations. They post my stripe screenshot on X.

People speak in love poems about their addictions as a form of cope. Nicotine, notably cigarettes is only romanticised so heavily because people have debilitating addictions to it and would cry like a little baby if they had to go 1 day without it.

THIS POST IS NOT TO BE USED TO COPE. But... you are actually not lazy. Some of you maybe, most of you definantly not. The issue that is causing your inaction is a lack of a next step. You WANT to work hard but on WHAT? Unfortunately nobody including me can answer this on your behalf, so step 1: get off social media? Often these places from a beginner standpoint creates more choice, you need LESS options. Ideally ONE option. Starting something is so hard because it must be conceptualised and created from nothing. Once your idea, project, work is built it becomes much easier to work, it creates it's own work. At the height of some of my ventures I could work 8 hours a day just on maintenance tasks. So no your probably not a lazy waste of space and more likely just have nowhere to challenge your energy. And I'm sorry to say I can't tell you what to work on. Actually I can. If this at all sounded like you, your next task is to get a pen and paper and FIGURE OUT what to work on. That's the next step.

You are failing miserably because you are too worried about coming up with some over arching idea/plan that will turn everything around in the blink of an eye. Instead you should focus on incremental positive changes and skill mastery. Not having some clever world changing idea does not = excuse to do fuck all. Build some sites, run some ads, get an entry level job, read some books, do freelance work for piss cheap. DO anything. Worst case you don’t ever get the idea and now you’re an authority and master of your craft. Best case you DO get the idea and you are well equipped to execute it like a professional.

Nobody can tell you the model, all work for the most part and all will have something you hate crop up sooner or later. Paper and notepad today, pick one literally any one and do not change for the next 6 months. Whatever you pick will work but chopping and changing every-time you see someone on X post a dashboard screenshot wont work. If you still have no clue, get a career in a performance based skill, marketing, sales etc Then sell what you learn to do as a service. I’m not claiming to be the all knowing guru and this is why I will not choose for you. I don’t know you well enough to do so.

Yes it is true that imperfect action beats perfect inaction. BUT, Do not underestimate the power of BIG IDEAS David Ogilvy preached this. Think bigger. Act quicker.
