Abbi’s tweet count is so high, even their phone must be asking for a break—at this rate, their keyboard needs its own coffee break, stat. But hey, who needs sleep when you’ve got real dopamine firing 24/7?

Building a recognizable personal brand that took them from sharing their first post after four years to leading a community focused on growth and mental clarity is Abbi’s standout achievement.

Abbi’s life purpose revolves around self-mastery and empowering others to break free from distractions and addictions to lead focused, fulfilling lives. Through honest storytelling and practical frameworks, they aim to motivate a generation to take control and realize their highest potential.

Abbi believes in the power of authenticity, resilience, and disciplined self-improvement. They value transparency in sharing both struggles and triumphs, emphasizing that real happiness comes from meaningful accomplishments rather than superficial pleasures.

Their greatest strength lies in their relentless determination and ability to convert personal setbacks into valuable lessons. Abbi’s engagement with followers through interactive content like the 'High, Low, Buffalo' game showcases strong community-building skills.

Sometimes their intense focus on achievement and consistency might overshadow moments for rest or reflection, risking burnout or reduced creativity. Also, following 451 accounts could occasionally dilute the focus of their network.

To grow their audience on X, Abbi should leverage their storytelling by creating more visually engaging threads and short-form videos highlighting key moments from their journey. Collaborating with other Achievers or Influencers can broaden reach, while maintaining consistent interaction through polls and games will deepen community engagement.

Fun fact: It took Abbi 4 years to write their first post, but since then they’ve unleashed a torrent of 11,108 tweets—proof that real dopamine fuels long-term consistency and passion.

I used to tell myself: - “I’ll always be overweight.” - “It’s too late for me to get healthy.” - “I don’t have time to train.” - “Losing weight is just too hard.” STOP RIGHT THERE. That was me, exactly one year ago. I was 233 pounds, drowning in self-doubt, and completely disconnected from the person I wanted to be. No confidence, no self-love, no direction. But today? Everything has changed. One year later: I sit here, 182 pounds, and I’ve never been prouder of myself. I’m not just lighter—I’m stronger, both inside and out. I’ve reclaimed my self-worth, and for the first time in my life, I can look in the mirror and say: “I know who I am.” This transformation journey has been the most important chapter of my life, and it’s FAR from over. CHAPTER 1: GETTING UNSTUCK I was glued to fitness videos on how to get abs in 30 days… binge-watching, taking notes, knowing what to do, but never actually doing it. I was trapped in my own excuses. My daily routine was robotic: Wake up, study, come home, lay in bed, repeat. Nothing was changing, because I wasn’t changing. Then, I hit a breaking point. It wasn’t a breakdown. There was no dramatic moment, no sobbing. Just a single tear, and the realization: “I HAVE TO CHANGE.” CHAPTER 2: MY FIRST STEP January 1st, 2024. I woke up, and something clicked. I felt this surge of energy: “I need to run.” No second-guessing. I laced up and hit the pavement by the local river—where everyone in my town runs. 3… 2… 1… GO. The first kilometer felt like a victory. The cold wind hit my face, but I kept going. I ended up running 7.44 km in just under 2 hours. It wasn’t fast, but it was done. By April, I was still no marathon runner, but I had something way more valuable: discipline. Even though my first business was falling apart, I had control over my mind. And that’s when the magic started. CHAPTER 3: THE SHIFT In April, I committed. I tripled my runs, going from a couple here and there to 2-3 runs per week. No tracking, just running. May came, and I got serious about tracking my progress. I downloaded @adidasrunning. My first recorded time? 03 May 2024. 7.44 km in 01:04:27. That’s 08:39 min/km. I’ll be honest… that was TERRIBLE. But I wasn’t discouraged. I had a vision. I knew where I stood, and I had a plan to get better. I had a map. Then I found a secret weapon. NUTRITION. Thanks to @FitEngineer_, a data scientist from San Francisco who broke down nutrition in a way that finally made sense to me. Huge shoutout to her for simplifying it all! Weight loss wasn’t just about running. It was about consistency, habits, muscle growth, and yes… nutrition. 22 May 2024. 5.84 km in 00:42:24. Average speed: 07:15 min/km. I was improving. JUNE: THE GYM My best friend and I added strength training to the mix. We hit the gym 5 days a week for 2 weeks, and I dropped another 10 pounds. But then came The EUROs 2024. Let’s be real: We ate garbage, slept like crap, and didn’t train for an entire month. "It was the best time of our lives, but an absolute disaster for my health." JULY: THE COMEBACK After that chaos, we got back to training. My first post-Euros run? 13 July 2024. 7.42 km in 00:51:16. 06:54 min/km. I was, surprisingly, improving. AUGUST: LEVELING UP August was all about change: - New habits. - New training regimen. - Clean eating. - Consistent sleep. I committed to a routine and stuck with it. It was my BEAST MONTH. But none of this would have been possible without the support of my family, friends, and especially @_sarbar . Sarah, thank you for pushing me and always being there. You made a huge difference. 21 August 2024. 11.91 km in 01:26:17. SEPTEMBER: THE PLAN By the end of August, I knew I needed a clear roadmap to take things further. Now, I’ve got: - Knowledge of what to do. - Discipline to show up. - Willpower to NEVER give up. And most importantly, I have faith in God guiding me through. September so far: - Latest run: 9.28 km in 01:00:00. - Push-pull-leg training split. - Boxing 1-2 times a week. - Prepping for a football tournament. - Eating cleaner than ever. - 7-8 hours of sleep almost every night. Here I am, 50 pounds lighter, and in the best shape of my life. BUT THE JOURNEY HAS ONLY JUST BEGUN.

1 year ago I was fat and had no confidence... Now? I have the biggest podcast in my space. ~and am in my best shape~ The wildest part? I never planned on doing a podcast. Here is the story... And what comes next: ————➳❦➳———— It was June, I was on a call with @juliansaad00 ~the coolest guy on X~ We talked for 1 hour, and before the talk ended, I said: "But Julian, I still have so many questions..." His response was short and simple: "Do you think others would benefit from me answering them?" ABSOLUTELY. So we planned a time and a date. ————➳❦➳———— As someone who religiously listens to @StevenBartlett's Diary of a CEO... I knew that I had to create my own podcast. So I asked a few people I truly vibe with, and asked them to hop on the podcast. 1 episode turned into 2, 3, 5, 10,... At this point I can comfortably say: I will podcast @WrongsToWrite in a few months. But back to the story... ————➳❦➳———— It was the beginning of July, I filmed the first episode and... BAM! I used the wrong microphone and sounded like sh*t. What should have been the perfect talk ⏤ turned into one big lesson I will never forget. BUT! This wasn't the only lesson, my speaking was also horrible. I fluffed a lot and used too many filler words. It wasn't my best performance... ————➳❦➳———— BUT that was perfectly fine. The first time you try something, you will suck ⏤ horribly. I sucked, even worse than horribly. BUT I was determined to improve and experiment... EVERY SINGLE EPISODE. So @tanyashaped was next. I knew her since the beginning and always laughed when she wrote a comment... So I was thinking: Why not create a section about these comments? Long story short, I did that :) And it turned out to be her favorite section in the whole talk. I created these sections from time to time, and the guests LOVED them. Because guess what: They were ALL about the guest. ————➳❦➳———— Ever since that, I experimented a ton to improve podcasting. With @mikesclarity I tried a new note taking strategy. With @ItsMeBenChan, I created visuals and a video. With @esterezw, I did a spontaneous creative section. With @themikegsimon, I invested all my energy into the first question. With @claireisonit, I turned the whole talk around by starting with her story. After that, with @danwestworld or @UrbanGibon, I tried to create no prepared questions. So, as you can see, it's a process that somehow started... Thanks, God, it did. And at the same time, one that is evolving EVERY SINGLE DAY. ————➳❦➳———— BUT... (That's the last But, I promise) One thing I did since the beginning was: 1 lesson per episode. ~FUTURE POST, stay tuned~ And it changed my life more than you could imagine. Because life isn't about who you are, it's about who you are becoming... And sitting down with these legends, getting their view on mindset and business... It's priceless and something that will shape me as a person now... AND in the future. ————➳❦➳———— Now, if you read until here, then first of all, Thank You. And secondly, where is the podcast heading... You know the answer, right? To the moooonnnnn :D Because we are moving platforms. And what better place to host it, then the long form platform itself... @YouTube. This is a new era. An era of creating content that isn't just watched for a couple of days and then ends up in the limbo of X... YouTube is the platform for years, decades, and centuries. And I am super excited for each and every second. Much love. Abbi

Philosophy is everything! Yesterday I attended @esterezw's workshop ⏤ and it was eye opening in so many ways. She is a creator I follow for over 1 year, and she revolutionized the way I write content. I learned 2 important things that will improve my brand: 1~ Building a philosophy The reason why I couldn’t reach more people yet ⏤ is the lack of a strong philosophy. In the workshop I explained my current philosophy a bit, and Esther gave me tailored advice on how to improve it. This was so amazing and helpful. 2~ I am too friendly The main reason why people don't follow my advice is ⏤ my lack of authority. And no worries, I won't turn into Joker now... But I will create a bit more authority content in the future. Content that is a bit colder, but which is more impactful in its message. I have a lot of personality now, time to sprinkle in some authority and leadership now. These were the main lessons I take from this workshop. Esther is truly a master in what she does, and being connected with her is truly amazing. Her philosophy is deep and makes sense the more you learn it. Truly grateful for this workshop. Abbi

I’m 19. March 2024 I was: Fat & depressed ↓ 1 year later Fit & obsessed - without any supplements or drugs :) First, give me 2 min to tell my backstory. ⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤ I was 10, when I had my car accident. The chances were near 0%. 6 months of pain and hard work later… I walk again, and went to middle school. I thought I was the center of attention – - like in the hospital. But I quickly realized that I was not. I was an outsider, I was different, I got bullied. In my head I was fat, a loser, incapable. This stuck for years. - around 5 to be precise. I discovered self-improvement, and like everyone, I tried it. I had a perfect start, but saw no results. So I quit. And instead, I continued playing video games, eating junk food, scrolling. For another 3 years. It was 2024, like every year, I said “This is my year”. And what happened ⏤ was life-changing. ⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤ So what exactly did I do? 1. I built self-love, finally (Enemy → Best friend) 2. I trained consistently (lost 30 kg in 3 mo) 3. I started building an audience (YOU) 4. I learned content creation & writing 5. I overcame most of my fears 6. I networked a ton ;D Was it easy? - No. Was I on the edge of giving up? - Yes. Would I do it again? - Absolutely. For the past 3 years I worked for this, since the first day of middle school, I dreamed about exactly that, to finally be (and called) Main character. But not one of those arrogant ones :) One of my brand principles was always → Help anyone who needs help ← I am proud to keep that promise. Now I help people, (online and offline) achieving their goals. I want everyone to feel that way ⏤ Because guess what? You are a main character. You have everything to be your own: Superman or Superwomen, Homelander or Batman, Starlight or The Deep. (I know, I love The Boys) It’s all deep inside of you, you just need 3 things: → Self-belief (and confidence) → Banging story (your root) → Writing (with fashion) You'll feel lost at the beginning. “But that's the price to pay for growth.” - Tanya LISTEN. If you want to take one piece of advice, from my journey, then it’s: Work on yourself, because you ⏤ are always the best investment. ⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤ As much as I achieved, I still feel like I am at the beginning. I discover new things every day, share my journey and story, and write with style :D So if you like this, then do me a favor.
