Day 12 of being locked in for 30 days. - Chad scaled ads - Launched 15 new creatives - Shipped the product to UGC creators for them to create content with it - Worked on BFCM preparations

I've lost about 100k of pure profit due to chargebacks in Q4. Here's what you can do to prevent it: 1. Keep the Customer in the Loop: Always keep the customers informed about the status of their delivery. The #1 cause of chargebacks is customers simply not knowing where their order is. You want your customer to never be thinking for themselves, they need to be informed about everything and anything at all times. 2. Quality Check: Always request detailed pictures of the products from your supplier, or ask for samples to ensure the product matches the images and meets your quality standards. 3. Shipping Line: Make sure to use a stable shipping line to minimize packages getting lost and to minimize tracking issues. 4. Customer Service: Ensure your customer service team is on point. Response time should not be more then 24 hours. Make sure your team understands the product and brand, and aren’t just spamming template responses. Every customer should feel like they are understood. A smart person learns from his mistakes, but a truly wise person learns from the mistakes of others. To the organic dropshippers claiming to “donate money” to animal shelters, because they’re about to “shut down” (i’ve seen multiple). First of all you’re a horrible person for misleading people trying to actually help a good cause. Second of all, next time you decide to straight up scam people don’t use your personal email adress and real adress for your store 😂

24 hours ago i was locked in JAIL by american customs. They suspected i was trying to immigrate illegally, which is complete bs. I wanted to show them proof of ties to my home country but they just didnt give a fuck and locked me in a jail cell for 24 hours with barely any food and water. They had the lights on 24/7 so i couldnt sleep and had me in there with drug smugglers and shit. After 24 hours of being locked up for no reason they send me back on a flight to my country. I immediately booked a ticket from my country to Rome to detox from all this nonsense. I’ve found that keeping the positive momentum going is crucial. I’ve been growing a lot as a person and business lately so i’ll do anything to keep that positive momentum going. Still it really sucks, i’d made a lot of good friends and connections in the US already and spend 10’s of thousands there on food, accomodation etc. and when I arrive there they treat me like a criminal and lock me up + send me back and ban me from entering the USA for 5 YEARS. I feel betrayed but wont let this stop my momentum, im going to reach my goals no matter what. So fuck it, life goes on.

To the ecom guys who have hired a creative stategist in the past: Was it worth it? What did you look for when hiring? Was it the deciding factor in increasing performance? Would like to know people's opinion on this.
