You’re the kind of person who treats Twitter like a party — you’ve got 331 people following your every move, but you’re probably the only one who remembers everyone’s names. Just don’t forget to enjoy the party yourself instead of always playing the host.

Built a thriving Web3 career and community presence from absolutely zero resources and experience, turning a modest start into multiple millions in earnings — all while uplifting others on the journey.

Their life purpose is to empower others by connecting people, ideas, and opportunities in emerging tech spaces like Web3, ensuring knowledge flows freely and everyone finds their niche in the ecosystem.

HeisObito values continuous learning, genuine relationship-building, and providing true value to others before expecting returns. They believe that success stems from passion aligned with market needs, consistent research, and authentic personal branding.

Outstanding networking skills and community-building prowess combined with deep knowledge of Web3 and growth strategies make them a go-to operator for projects looking to scale authentically.

Their intense focus on connection and community might sometimes lead to spreading themselves too thin or getting overwhelmed by the sheer volume of engagements and responsibilities.

Leverage Twitter (X) Spaces more proactively by hosting regular themed sessions around Web3 education and community growth, tagging relevant influencers to boost reach, and sharing behind-the-scenes personal journey snippets to create deeper emotional engagement.

Fun fact: They started with absolutely nothing — unable to afford even ₦600 for data — and through relentless research, networking, and focus, turned that into over 8 million naira within a year.

I’ve made over 8 million naira through Web3 from the start of the year till now. But what’s more amazing is that I started with $0. On January 1st this year, I couldn’t even afford ₦600 for 2.5GB of data. I asked my dad for the money and I'll never forget his response. “I can’t send you ₦600 for data. You’re always asking for money. But your friend sent his dad 20k for his birthday.” Those words pushed me. I texted my bro who onboarded me and then I dove into Web3 like a mad man. I started with $0 airdrops like Notcoin and some SocialFis like Nibiru. I also won a $10 giveaway from a big name in the space from his Telegram. All I made about $60 total and then went into degen. In the space of two months, I had amassed roughly ₦2m and I was living good. But here’s the truth: it’s not always easy. I was in school and back home, there were some issues so I sent most of my money back home. I crashed back down to the floor with nothing. I was mad depressed but I was lucky. My friend gave me his second phone and from May to July, I was able to research before I got home and got a new device. By August, I was back and then I started building on X; it was confusing at first and I was into everything trust me. One space at the end of the month made me realise that I had been building in the wrong direction and so I had to take a step back to understand more. Boy, was it worth it. In September, I came across my mentor and she granted me the grace of a clarity call that changed my entire life till today. I have done at least 5m in less than four months and I am not even fazed because there was so much I haven't gotten to yet. So now, if you’re wondering whether Web3 is for you, the answer is yes. All you need is the willingness to start and a roadmap. I promised you guys the pillars that brought me here, let's get it. 1. RESEARCH You need to immerse yourself in Web3: look at different aspects of it and build from there. Understand the trends, narratives and concepts. Things change a lot in this space so don't stop researching no matter what. Also look inward. Know your strengths and interests and how they relate to the space. With that, you'll be able to know what you want to do. 2. NICHE DISCOVERY You should know already but this is where your skills and passion intersect. For me, I’m good at speaking and enjoy educating people so I host spaces. What about you? What intersects for you? In the midst of that, understand that skill and passion aren’t enough on their own. You need to watch out for market demand. If no one needs what you're offering then it's futile. 3. BRANDING I have one saying when it comes to branding. "What’s the use of what you’re offering if no one knows about it?" Branding bridges what you know and how people perceive you. It starts with your profile—your PFP, header, and bio but every interaction matters. From how you engage on Spaces to the value you share in your content, everything reinforces your brand. 4. NETWORKING Yes, you need to network Uncle, Aunty. And it isn’t just about making contact. You actually need to build relationships with people who can guide and inspire you. Engage with people inside and outside your niche for growth and opportunities. But please do it right. Don't go to people's DMs and say "please I want to connect." That's just cringe.

As a community manager, what do you spend your time doing? you say you're managing a community and you're leading a group of people but truthfully so, what do you spend your days doing? are you waiting for your comm. members to have issues or go quiet again before you act? it's easy to say that you want to give members a space where they can find expression while you build culture and guide them towards the vision of the founder. but that's just wrong. that's you being reactive. most CMs are reactive when it comes to the comm. because they have no idea what management really entails. You ought to have your own strategies for building and managing each community you're in charge of but these strategies can never be efficient if you don't have three necessary tools; 1. DATA No comm. manager can claim to know what to do and how to go about it within a comm. without having the right data concerning everything. you must know the number of active users, whether it's daily, weekly or monthly. you must know the ROI (Return of Investment) per timeframe the founder or core team demands (this could be quarterly/yearly). (there are a lot more others that you must consider). 2. MEMBER ANALYSIS There is no better way to lead a group of people than to actually know these people and that is what you ought to do with your comm. members. know why they are a part of your comm. and what they are seeking to acheive; only then can you truly know how to handle their needs and desires. 3. CM MECHANICS This is the actual logic/theory behind management, the different structures and systems behind great communities and their members. funny thing though, is that this part is useless to you if you do not have the first two points I have mentioned above. --------------------- It is with these three tools that you can build actual communities with the right process. - first of all, collect the data; know why things are the way they are, get data on the members, on the progress and health of the comm. That's how you know you're onto the right problems and the appropriate solutions. - secondly, analyse the data; go through the data and understand the places you need to focus on, know the strengths and weaknesses of the comm. - thirdly, build strategies; you can never build the right strategies without the approriate data.. here, you source out the right solutions, set them as goals and apply them accordingly. - lastly, structure; it's not enough that you now have the right goals, you must structure them right.. start from the top to the bottom, set quarterly/yearly goals and then sort them into daily/weekly goals. track them right and be accountable to the right people who can also help you with spotting obstacles. ------------------ There you have it, the guide to building the right strategies in community as a manager. my thoughts may have lasted longer than I wished for but it's worth it, I promise. I'm Obito, your number one CM.. till next time, jaanee.
