Business travel used to be essential for connecting the global economy, but will never return to normal levels.. We have to reconsider how trust is built between companies, but I believe this to be an opportunity to realign our economies and make our region even more competitive.

ادعم موظفيك وبالأخص الوالدين، فالأبوين يواجهان حالة استثنائية لا تتكرر. أشبه ما تكون بأعمال المسرح البهلوانية والرياضات الخطيرة! التي تتطلب مساحة كافيه للتركيز في المسؤوليات المستحدثة مع الأزمة، وإلا فسيكون سقوطهما كارثيًا! وقد يتسبب بتخلف جيل كامل!

نحن نعيش حاليًا في الوضع الطبيعي الجديد، لقد أعادت الشركات طريقة تنظيمها والتفكير فيما تفعله، وأصبحت متباعدة. وهذا ماجعل الكثير يستاء، لكن حان الوقت الآن للتصرف بجرأة؛ لضمان النجاح على المدى البعيد.

أدى عام 2020 إلى تسريع التحولات التقنية الأساسية ، من العمل والاختلاط عن بُعد، إلى التغييرات التدريجية في سرعة الابتكار؛ نظرًا لأن العالَم يصبح افتراضيًا وأكثر آلية، ومع ذلك يجب ألا نُغفل القيم والإنسانية.

تؤثر قيود الحظر حول العالم بشكل كبير على سلوك المستهلك، ولكن كثير من الآثار الدائمة لازالت تتشكل حاليا. الشركات الذكية ستستغل ما بين هذه الأوقات للإبتكار وخلق الولاء الدائم أثناء العملية.

كانت المكاتب تساعدنا على الازدهار في العمل، لكن المساحة المادية لم تعد مهمة في العمل! على مديرو المستقبل التفكير في المساحة ليس باعتبارها جزءًا أساسيًا من العمل، بل بكونها قيمة إبداعية تضيف إلى العمل.

The office used to help us thrive at work, but work increasingly has nothing to do with physical space. How will managers of the future think about space not as essential, but as a creative value-add to work?

How do you build character? Seek to contribute to society even in small ways: Help the disadvantaged & those at risk, participate in environmental projects, harness technology to build solutions to current problems, add your voices to national debates. #31DaysOfYOUth

The disadvantaged are not the only beneficiaries. The accessibility of virtual Hajj means everyone, Muslim or not, can try to experience it at least in part. It will be possible for all and promote greater cross-cultural understanding.

نحن نملك الخيار حول كيفية تأثير الأزمة على مجتمع الأعمال العالمي؛ إما أن نشهد تعاونًا غير مسبوقٍ عن طريق إنشائنا لساحة عامة افتراضية جديدة وغير محدودة، أو أن نغلق على أنفسنا؛ بسبب الافتقار إلى الاتصال المادي.

Developing human connections, not just virtual worlds, is what will build our future economic and societal successes. Ask youself how you can contribute.

Leaders need to move beyond the urgent to focus on the new. Many have changed much more rapidly than they ever imagined. How can they harness that speed and innovation to prepare firms for the future?

This means leading with purpose, vision and values. Often these are words on a wall, largely ignored, but they are essential guides to decisions and action. Has your team understood what these mean in practice? If not, now is the time.

A critical element will be people. Facing enormous challenges, organizations have surprised themselves by what they can do together. Now is the time to direct this shared energy to new opportunities.

الفرق يعود إلى الثقة، نحتاج إلى أشخاص يمكن أن يكونوا مرشدين ثقافيين عبر Zoom في كل مجتمع، سيكونون أمناء للتجارة في العالم الرقمي الجديد.
