The good thing is: - This sell-off does not mean your project sucks. The bad thing: - If liquidity doesn't reenter your coins will stay at or around these levels with a low probability of reaching ATH again. ____________ Thought 2 - Fundamentals don't matter I often hear prominent voices in the AI narrative talk about how the price is down, but fundamentals are improving. Please don't believe in this narrative. The sell-off we experienced is CLEARLY decoupled from fundamentals. This tells me the previous valuations were CLEARLY decoupled from fundamentals. So it is wrong to argue narrative-wide price increase because of improved fundamentals. We don't need better fundamentals. We need a spark of excitement to bring speculation back into the narrative. Large flashy inventions can induce this spark but not gradual increases in fundamentals. ____________ Thought 3 - Liquidity rotations One thing I observed this week: Large altcoins have been performing well while onchain altcoins are getting slaughtered. The on-chain holder may rotate their liquidity into large altcoins since they are currently the only green projects on their radar. I.e. "chasing the gains" I think this liquidity may rotate back into AI coins at some point. The requirements for this: - Large caps stop pumping - Interest in Agents remain - No catchy new narrative Earlier in this year memecoins were the dominant narrative. They also had a few large corrections only to come back a few weeks later. Does it make sense to attribute similar properties to the agent narrative? I think there are some good arguments for this. ____________ Thought 4 - Buying the bottom of Agents I would not recommend trying to catch the bottom of some of these agents' projects. Yes, it might be incredibly lucrative. However, there is a high probability of missing the bottom and high uncertainty that any of the projects reach previous highs. Not worth the risk reward in my humble opinion. The best R/R right now is to be in stables and do nothing. You can always get into the market when conditions seem better. If conditions are better it's simply easier to make money so why would you try to do it the hard way?

Right now I think we priced in: • FED rate cuts slower than expected • Initial fear of Silkroad Bitcoins • Saylor slowing of Bitcoin purchases Bearish catalyst not priced in: • More news from Silkroad • Shorters taking advantage of Silkroad fear • Trump in office doing something crazy Bullish catalysts not priced in: • Trump in office • Any bullish comments on crypto Of course, nobody can predict the market, however,r in my view, the worst part of the correction is behind us. I view buying a spot here as the best tactic. As you saw many coins are down 60-70%. On a multi-week/month time horizon, I think buying makes a lot more sense here than selling.

Also in the "fly phase" - 100% are still alive. $SCIHUB - A memecoin to celebrate and fund the controversial Sci-Hub project. Sci-Hub provides free access to copyright-protected scientific articles by violating intellectual property laws. $PRO, $ANTI - A memecoin experiment where two tokens are "entangled". It takes a bit more explanation but essentially it could be the next ohm like Ponzi. $SL - AI16z founder Shawn asked for donations to the nonprofit "SocietyLibrary." The community launched a memecoin, donating 50% to the nonprofit. SocietyLibrary staff celebrated the memecoin in a video, pledging not to sell. *Pump Dot Science is a new launchpad where memecoins can be launched around fun little experiments 3) Additional information: $RIF - "The first PumpScience project": Additional Information: RIF got listed on Bybit Futures today. Strengths and Weaknesses: + Narrative Leader + Interesting concept + Bybit Listing - Bybit Listing - Just a memecoin - Can be diluted by new launches $URO - "The second PumpScience project": Additional Information: I have been watching this the whole day, it has done 2x since I first saw it and for some reason, I faded it. :( Strengths and Weaknesses: + Cheaper than RIF + Interesting concept - Not the sector leader - Just a memecoin - Can be diluted by new launches $SCIHUB - "A controversial meme" A well-known X personally ended up owning a significant % of the token supply. According to a post from Foxy, this person is a genuinely friendly individual and wants to donate a good amount to one of the SciHub Founders. Sci-Hub is controversial. On the one hand, it helps poorly funded scientists to get access to the latest research paper. On the other hand, it violates multiple copyright laws. There are many legal concerns. Strengths and Weaknesses: + Big cultural relevancy + Viral Potential + Can actually be useful - Controversial topic - Not the best holder distribution - Just a meme coin $PRO, $ANTI - "The quantum experiment": Additional Information: These coins are pegged to each other, meaning the price should stay the same. If one coin drops in price the other one gets arbitrage traded. Since the arbitrage trading generates volume and since the coins are pegged to each other it's quite attractive to farm in the $PRO - $ANTI LP pool. The APY is pretty high and I feel like this has the potential to become a new OHM-like Ponzi narrative in the best case. I also think it's quite likely that this experiment will fail and both coins go to zero. Strengths and Weaknesses: + A cool new concept + Could become a narrative leader + Followed by some smart people - Highly Risky - Not even a real website - Not even a real Telegram group Disclosure: I am invested in $PRO and $ANTI. $SL - The appreciated Memecoin: Additional Information: As mentioned Shawn from AI16Z has interacted with Society Library and hinted at collaborating with them. They reacted extremely positively to receiving 50% of the supply and are currently researching how to properly manage this allocation with "vesting", "lockup" and "burns". If Shawn pushes the non-profit in a meaningful way the memecoin could do pretty well. My in-depth research on AI Agents: 1) List of hyped projects • #AI16z - $366m FDV • #ZEREBRO - $280m FDV • #MemesAI - $82m FDV • $LUM - $65m FDV • $CHAOS - $66m FDV • $PIPPIN - $40m FDV • $REX - $39m FDV • $CENTS - $27m FDV • $YOUSIM - $24m FDV • $SHEGEN - $27m FDV • $BULLY - $20m FDV • $AVB - $19m FDV • $SERV - $8m FDV • $ARATA - $5m FDV • $LOLA - $5m Not including obvious AI projects i.e. $VIRTUAL, $ACT, $GOAT, etc. since they are widely known already and there is enough content about them. 2) Projects worth knowing more about: #AI16Z: The first AI venture fund running an open-source framework for AI agents. The project needs more space to explain. #ZEREBRO: AI agent that has released an EP on Spotify. It can also create art, memes, videos, mint NFTs, and search the web. $LUM - A memecoin created in a conversation between two agents. Chatbot & meme creator. $CHAOS - A chatbot on X that gets a physical body. Could be attached to a Roomba robot. There is more depth to the project. $REX - AI that purchases GPU power by farming the REX LP pool. It owns 10% of the supply that it can't sell, but use to farm. $AVB - A Memecoin cult around Tim Cotten who is working on the next generation of autonomous Aents - "Autonomous Virtual Beings". $SERV - An infrastructure project with a great interface to launch AI agents that can automate tasks for you. Unfortunately at risk of being a tax farm. $ARATA - A $SERV competitor with no tax, which makes it more investable. However, I haven't seen a working product yet. $LOLA - An AI agent that learns to trade shitcoins and according to the community has found 100x and multiple 10x trades. I have not verified this. 3) Projects I have in my portfolio #AI16Z - "The Utility Coin in Disguise" A venture capital fund with a treasury managed by an AI bot. They also have an open-source framework for building on-chain AI agents called ELIZA. Developers who build agents using ELIZA often donate a percentage of the offering to ai16z. ELIZA is now integrated into vvaifu, a platform that makes it easy to launch agents with a token. Agents launched through vvaifu are required to send 5% to the Ai16z wallet. Strengths and weaknesses: + Strong AI team behind + Open source & fair launch + Compelling story + Super hyped - Quite expensive - Valuation well above AUM LUM - "Good story + smart people". Luminous is the result of a conversation between two AIs. One was a friendly chatbot and the other was a Memecoin creator AI. The first AI came up with the idea for Luminous, and the second deployed it on the blockchain. What's even more interesting than the story is the caliber of influential people behind it. If you do a little digging, you'll quickly find that Pentoshi is a regular contributor to $LUM content. The Giver and Virtual Beacon also seem to support the project - at least they engage with some posts about $LUM. Strengths and weaknesses: + An interesting story + Smart people like it + Fairly launched - Basically just a memecoin - Too many AI-generated coins $CHAOS - "A bit stupid, but incredibly funny". The $CHAOS team is working on creating a physical body for the AI agent - who is also connected to X. At the moment they have a robotic arm, but they want to move towards a more versatile body. The goal is to have something "mobile" so it can "socialize" at events. Strengths & weaknesses: + Easy to understand + Compelling story + Strong shillers interacting with pots - Could be vaporware - Not the best holder distribution $AVB - "A cult around good technology A Memecoin cult based on Tim Cotten's blog. Tim is building an AI startup that has received pre-seed funding from A16z. His vision for AI is "Autonomous Virtual Beings" capable of navigating the real world like NPCs. Tim has repeatedly promised - despite not owning any $AVB tokens - that the community-owned $AVB will have a major use case in his AI startup. Strengths & Weaknesses: + Good technology + Meme + Holder distribution & liquidity + Only $54m FDV - Can be a bit complicated - Lack of connection to cabal & shillers ____ If this post was helpful consider following me @cryptostreamhub for regular content. AI Narrative performance and thoughts on what to do next: #VIRTUAL down 40% this month #FARTCOIN down 30% this week #AI16z down 65% this month #AIXBT down 35% this week $ARC down 30% this week #GRIFFAIN down 60% this week #GOAT down 8% from ATH #ZEREBRO down 85% this month $MOBY down 45% this week #SWARMS down 55% this week $BUZZ down 65% this week ____________ Thought 1 - Liquidity is leaving The reason for the sharp sell-off is clearly narrative-wide, meaning liquidity is leaving. The good thing is: - This sell-off does not mean your project sucks. The bad thing: - If liquidity doesn't reenter your coins will stay at or around these levels with a low probability of reaching ATH again. ____________ Thought 2 - Fundamentals don't matter I often hear prominent voices in the AI narrative talk about how the price is down, but fundamentals are improving. Please don't believe in this narrative. The sell-off we experienced is CLEARLY decoupled from fundamentals. This tells me the previous valuations were CLEARLY decoupled from fundamentals. So it is wrong to argue narrative-wide price increase because of improved fundamentals. We don't need better fundamentals. We need a spark of excitement to bring speculation back into the narrative. Large flashy inventions can induce this spark but not gradual increases in fundamentals. ____________ Thought 3 - Liquidity rotations One thing I observed this week: Large altcoins have been performing well while onchain altcoins are getting slaughtered. The on-chain holder may rotate their liquidity into large altcoins since they are currently the only green projects on their radar. I.e. "chasing the gains" I think this liquidity may rotate back into AI coins at some point. The requirements for this: - Large caps stop pumping - Interest in Agents remain - No catchy new narrative Earlier in this year memecoins were the dominant narrative. They also had a few large corrections only to come back a few weeks later. Does it make sense to attribute similar properties to the agent narrative? I think there are some good arguments for this. ____________ Thought 4 - Buying the bottom of Agents I would not recommend trying to catch the bottom of some of these agents' projects. Yes, it might be incredibly lucrative. However, there is a high probability of missing the bottom and high uncertainty that any of the projects reach previous highs. Not worth the risk reward in my humble opinion. The best R/R right now is to be in stables and do nothing. You can always get into the market when conditions seem better. If conditions are better it's simply easier to make money so why would you try to do it the hard way?

Right now I think we priced in: • FED rate cuts slower than expected • Initial fear of Silkroad Bitcoins • Saylor slowing of Bitcoin purchases Bearish catalyst not priced in: • More news from Silkroad • Shorters taking advantage of Silkroad fear • Trump in office doing something crazy Bullish catalysts not priced in: • Trump in office • Any bullish comments on crypto Of course, nobody can predict the market, however,r in my view, the worst part of the correction is behind us. I view buying a spot here as the best tactic. As you saw many coins are down 60-70%. On a multi-week/month time horizon, I think buying makes a lot more sense here than selling.
