Brennen, at this rate your profile is like a ghost town—ominous, quiet, and without a single tumbleweed to stir up curiosity. Time to stop being invisible and start being invincible!

Biggest win will be when Brennen posts the first tweet and transforms this digital blank space into a thriving discussion hub.

To establish a recognizable online identity that resonates with an engaged community by sharing authentic, insightful, or entertaining content once the profile is activated.

Presumably values meaningful connection and self-expression, but specific beliefs can't be confidently assigned without further activity or content.

The key strength lies in the fresh start opportunity – no preconceived notions or follower expectations to manage, providing full creative control from scratch.

The absence of content and engagement measures reduces visibility and inhibits growth potential until a consistent posting strategy is implemented.

Start by crafting a compelling bio and begin tweeting consistently with a clear theme or purpose. Engaging with others through replies and retweets will spark the network effect. Leverage hashtags to reach relevant communities and gradually build a follower base by showcasing unique insights or personality.

Fun fact: Brennen's digital footprint is like a blank canvas right now, full of untapped potential waiting to be unlocked!

You are already naked Today's thought is simple: you've got nothing to lose. You got nothing to fucking lose. This is the one life you get; you might as well go down swinging and not get caught watching strike three go right by you. If something's holding you back in life, fucking get out. If you're in a dark place, flip the fucking light on. We all go through our darkest moments, but they're temporary. What’s beautiful about those times is that’s where the most creativity is born, where the genesis of new ideas begins to sprinkle in. When I first dropped out, I had this idea for a clothing company called "Built Different," because everyone is, in their own way. It was just meant to be an idea, and my heart wasn't fully in it, but it was the first thing I ever put out publicly. I even taught myself Photoshop and Illustrator to design the logo. Looking back, I didn't run with it long enough. The point is, nothing's that serious. I keep a notecard in my wallet for whenever I'm going through it. It says: "Nothing is serious. You're going to die one day. You're already naked." You're already butt-ass naked. You're exposed, dude. We're all heading in the same direction. You might as well follow that vision, kiss the girl, book the one-way trip. I'd rather live my life knowing I squeezed every single ounce out of it than be on my deathbed wishing I could have given more. Empty the bucket every single day. What you do and say will outlive you, so have intention with everything. Social media does a great job of sedating us from that intention. I've spent way too much time on it this past week, and honestly, it just makes me feel dumb. When you're intentional, it shows others how authentic you are, and it’s easy to spot when someone isn't. The card also says, "It's not over until it's over." This is coming from a stubborn bastard. I will never throw in the towel until it's completely over. This has broken me in the past, but overall, I think it's a great trait to have because it shows you're resilient. Do what you say, say what you mean, and never give up. I pull that card out whenever I need a reminder that we're all going to die one day, we're already exposed. It’s not that serious. That doesn't mean don't take life seriously, but... nothing's that serious. Do everything with pride, to the best of your ability. If you can say at the end of the day that you gave it your all, then that's a day worth living. It gives you a purpose to wake up in the morning.

October 27th , 2025 Shoutout to the pit Got everything I needed to get done today, fixing my company site, which didn't take too long, and getting some additional UI assets for the Stogie app. For those that don't know, because I post a lot of running content and thought dumps but don't really post what I do, I'm building out consumer apps. The one I'm focused on right now is cigar-based. If you've seen Untappd, it's an app for breweries where you can rate beers and post them. Their business model is B2B, where venues pay a monthly fee to be featured. There isn't anything like this for the cigar world, and I love a good cigar every once in a while. I have an appeal call with Apple tomorrow because they have weird rules about tobacco-based apps, but there are other similar apps, so I'm pretty confident I'll win. I was added to this group chat back in early September, right after I moved back home and was kind of going through it. Aside from reconnecting with my faith and running, this group chat is awesome. You have different personalities, people working on different businesses, people in different careers, but the common denominator seems to be that we're all chasing something higher than ourselves. Most of us come from athletic backgrounds, so that competitive side just comes out. It's always been easiest for me to relate to other athletes because they get it. When you train on a team, it's chosen suffering; you're in that together, and this chat gives me that sort of vibe. I love seeing the daily updates; it inspires me daily. This one dude, Aaron, is a gremlin. He always amazes me with what comes out of his mouth, like "just made love to the treadmill." But he's genuine and authentic, and that's how everyone is in this chat. It's cool to share your wins. Honestly, I got inspired to start sharing my marathon progress just for personal reasons, but I've seen my account grow significantly because of it. So, I figured I'm just going to keep at it, keep brain dumping. I have a lot to say some days, and maybe someone can take something from it. And if not, these are really more for me, though I'd like someone to take something from it. It's not that serious. I'm learning to just be comfortable with who I am and what I'm trying to accomplish long-term. Speaking of marathon training, I ran six today at an 8:11 pace. It was an easy day, so it was pretty solid. Tempo day tomorrow, which I'm excited for. It's going to be a challenge. Shout out to Pit, man. I'm very, very grateful for that group of guys. My initiation was I had to sing for Aaron. I didn't have to, but it was like, whatever, got nothing to lose, this will be funny. So, I sang for him. Some of the best dudes I've ever encountered. That concludes tonight. Cheers.
