No one really knows you. Not even you. Every person forms their own perception of who you are based on their limited interactions with you. No one truly sees the full picture. Most people believe they’re good. But even your own perception of yourself is flawed. And that’s scary because it means there isn’t a single, complete, or accurate version of who you are. That’s why you shouldn’t try to convince yourself that you’re purely good or purely bad. Your brain will bend to whatever you want it to believe. If you want to think you’re good, it will suppress or even erase the times you weren’t. And if you want to think you’re bad, it will filter out all the moments when you actually did good. The only one who can accurately judge you is God because He is all-seeing and all-knowing.
